At the workshop, led by Rudi Valenčič, you will learn the basics of sushi preparation: from real rice to wrapping so that the final product actually looks like sushi. We'll work together, we'll eat together, and at least someone will have nicer sushi than the rest. Places are limited — we accept a maximum of 10 participants.
