Cycling to the Slovenian coast

We invite you to a recreational bike ride from Prestranka to the Slovenian coast. The length of the trail is 70 km and covers 450 meters of altitude. Mandatory equipment is a technically flawless bike and helmet. Take care of the way back on your own or in agreement with us, depending on the number of registered cyclists. Participation is free, at the end we will take care of the reception of the participants. Applications are collected by phone: 041 497 140 until 28.8.2026 and are mandatory.

Organizer: Društvo ŠOK Prestranek. Participation in the activity is at your own risk. The organizer reserves the right to change the program. Your personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the legislation governing personal data protection. In accordance with the GDPR regulation, you may request access, supplementation, correction, restriction of processing, transfer, or deletion of personal data, or object to the processing of personal data relating to you, by sending a written request to the address sok.prestranek@gmail.com.

  • I am familiar with the organizer's statement and agree with it;

  • In case I am unable to attend the activity I am registering for, I will notify the organizer.

How we handle your data

The data from this form is processed by Društvo ŠOK Prestranek to carry out your registration and inform you about the activity. Fields marked with an asterisk are essential for registration — without them, we cannot process your registration.

More details on personal data processing
  • Purpose and legal basis: the execution of the registration and notification about this activity — processing is necessary for the performance (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Regulation), therefore your consent is not required. Notification about other events only occurs if you select this above (consent, Article 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Who else sees the data: the organizer and the administrator of this application as a contractual processor (Zveza društev Mladinski center Postojna), who processes the data exclusively according to the organizer's instructions. If the event has co-organizers, they also see the data.
  • How long: we store the registration for 12 months after the event ends; if payment was recorded with the registration, we store it for 10 years due to accounting regulations.
  • Your rights: access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. Address your request to the organizer (contact information is in the statement above); they must respond to you within one month at the latest.
  • Complaint: if you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si, 01 230 97 30.
