Erasmus+ presentation and socializing: Nourish Your Soul
We invite you to socialize and present the international youth project Nourish Your Soul (Erasmus+), where we will show you where we have been and what we have learned during the project through photos, a cookbook, a comic book and delicious dishes.

The international youth project Nourish Your Soul enabled young people from different countries to explore mental health, stress management and intercultural integration through art and creative expression.
In the tastiest youth exchange so far, participants from Estonia, Georgia, Slovenia and Spain created in different ways. The aim of the project was to create two final products that we will present to you at the event: an intercultural cookbook with authenticrecipes from different countries and a comic book about mental health, which talks about important everyday topics in a creative way. Of course, you will also be able to try some typical dishes that we have learned to prepare. You are invited.
