Pošastka Mia / Monster Mia

Twelve-year-old Mia is curious, eccentric and full of imagination. In her seemingly perfect Primrose Valley, and even in her own family, she has always felt like an outcast. She is convinced that monsters really exist, and she is determined to prove it. But her persistent search for the monsters causes so much trouble that she is eventually expelled from school and sent to the mysterious Gnilgai Academy, a dark school hidden deep in the forest. There, a surprise awaits Mia: her new classmates are real monsters! If she wants to stay at the academy, she must convince everyone that she is one of them. Between unusual adventures, Mia makes unexpected friendships, overcomes her fears, and slowly discovers that what makes us different from others is not necessarily a weakness. The monster Mia intertwines a fantasy adventure with warm themes of identity, belonging, and acceptance of difference.
