You are invited to the workshop of Om chanting, a simple group technique from Atma Kriya yoga. By singing the sound of OM, the purest vibration, in groups, we support physical health, calm emotions and thoughts, and strengthen inner balance. The workshop allows for a deeper contact with oneself and a sense of inner peace.
